Implementa Hebe AB (publ), org. no. 556581-9272, is a Swedish public shareholding company that was established in the year of 2000. The number of shareholders today is 1 666. The shares are not traded publically. The company has received financing from the shareholders in the amount of 6.2 M SEK (0.9 million USD based on a conversion rate 7 SEK per 1 USD). Implementa Hebe AB develops innovative lab products, e.g. the unique magnetic stirrer - CoolHeater® - intended for customers within the BioTech and LifeScience areas. It replaces complicated refrigerator equipment when handling sensitive samples. The company has patents and has during 2010 acquired patents and products in magnetism based nano technology and LifeScience. During 2011 CoolHeater started to sell on the Swedish market and Implementa invested in property and real estate in the expansive Brunnshög area in Lund close to MAX IV and ESS facilities. Implementa also engages in business development of scientific projects and consulting within corporate governance and business administration.
Corporate governance Implementa Hebe AB applies the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance ("the Code") in those parts that are relevant for the company. The Code complements the external rules which affect the Corporate Governance, which is constituted mainly by the Companies Act and Accountancy legislation. Implementa Hebe AB applies fiscal financial year 1 Jan - 31 Dec, and will account for any deviations from the Code in a Corporate Governance report which is attached to the Annual Report for 2010.
